Youth Wrestling Headgear
Headgear is one of the most important pieces of equipment and is meant to protect the ears from what they call cauliflower ear. Most tournaments require headgear to be worn during wrestling competition.
There are no “best” brands or types of headgear, as they all do a good job of protecting the ears during wrestling, just make sure it fits snug so that it doesn’t come loose and get into the wrestlers eyes during a match.
